On a dare a few years ago, Mark Franco took the stage for an open mike night in a Boston comedy club. Now he is headlining at comedy clubs across the country with regular appearances at The Hollywood Improv, The Laugh Factory, The Ice House, Rascals, and The Comedy Connection-Boston. Franco has turned a dare into a career. Franco has been an Official selection for Boston Comedy Festival, three years running, with a special appearance at the Chicago Comedy Festival. Also appearing on "Talk Soup" for E! Entertainment and "The Tonight Show" showcases Franco is constantly charging forward. |

Born in New Jersey and grew up on Cape Cod. After graduating Emerson College, he moved to Southern California, where he exploded as a stand-up Comedian. He also has roots in sports broadcasting and worked for NBC in Boston before being drawn to stand-up.
