Dirk Voetberg is a recent (1991) graduate of University of Chicago. He's done stage acting, film school film acting and maybe some stand-up. He also writes. You probably most remember his short story "Dan Harrington, BA" in Descant published out of Texas Christian University.
He also draws and writes Zoomy's Fun Page which is featured at www.modernhumorist.com and www.thedirk.com.
He was a finalist in the Rebels of Comedy stand-up contest for 2003. He's performed at the Improv, The Friar's Club, and some small art gallery/garage in Silverlake!
