Jansen Wright makes his living in commercials and television, where his credits include Judging Amy, Boston Public, and Gilmore Girls. Last year he popularized the saying, "I soaked up Philly like a Sponge!" in a Jack-in-the-Box commercial, when he was instantly transformed from a sycophantic intern to a swarthy Guido by the power of their Philly Cheesesteak. Since then he's been encouraged by Mark and TK to build upon his backdrop of characters and adapt that energy to stand up comedy. It's been his most challenging and rewarding professional experience yet. |
